Below is a breakdown of my current fees.
Breakdown
Hourly
My current hourly rate is £40 per hour for anything over what had been agreed in the contract price.
Contract Price
I can offer you a fixed contract price for the complete range of services from start to finish including help at the tender stage. For a budget price please factor in around £275.00 pcw for my services and then multiply by the contract length in weeks to practical completion.
Travel
There is an additional rate of 45 pence per mile on top of the hourly rate for travel should a visit to site be required.

I can tailor make you a personal project cost plan to help you with your build and promise to keep costs fair, and I'm always there should your build fall into any kind of dispute with your builder. Set up properly from the beginning though this should never happen.
