Telford House Luton
Just putting the finishing touches to 18 flats in Luton. This was a conversion of what was an office block into habitable accommodation. A complicated
development that had to meet some very awkward engineering and acoustic parameters.
Cotswolds Distillery
A brand new Whisky Distillery for the Cotswolds Distillery. Working alongside Forsythes this new fascility ended up being truly impressive boasting a new incoming water supply and sub station to meet the demands of all the new equipment inside. A very enjoyable contract from start to finish.
Audi Canterbury
This Brand New facility was built on old waste ground, we had to vibro-pile the entire site and getting rid of the contaminated soil ended up a very expensive exercise for everyone concerned. Two electricity pylons on site also made the build a little more complicated. The one pylon bought power in from France to a distribution sub-station at the rear of the site. A tricky but rewarding build.
